Company ProfileModus Transportation, Inc. is dedicated to using our knowledge of the zoning and building processes in the Colorado Front Range to expedite the government approval of your commercial project. We have successfully completed hundreds of small commercial developments (as well as some residential subdivisions) in the Denver area, from Colorado Springs and Pueblo to Fort Collins and Greeley. We can work with architects, engineers, and contractors that you select, or we can provide a turn-key solution using our network of professionals. In either case our emphasis is leveling the playing field between the large developers who understand the system, and our typical client: the small businessperson who must act as a one-time developer to move or expand their business. Additionally, we provide permit-expediting services for contractors of all types and sizes, so that you can keep your field people where they belong: in the field.
