Jeff has worked in both the public and the private sectors of real estate development, providing him an excellent perspective on the profession.  Jeff’s understanding of the development process goes beyond the submittal and approval process. He understands what it takes to find workable solutions with limited resources.

Jeff graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, where he perfected his art and style of argumentation. He then went on to obtain his Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver. An active member of the American Planning Association, Jeff regularly attends state and national APA meetings.

Throughout his career, Jeff has worked on many different types of planning and development projects, including Comprehensive Plan revisions, Land Use Code amendments, Small Area Plans, Planned Urban Developments, Development Review, Brownfield Redevelopment Projects, Grant Proposals, Market Analyses as well as Site and Land Use Analyses.

Jeff has worked in jurisdictions both large and small. He knows that what is important to each community is unique to each community. Jeff’s mission is to facilitate the development process so as to enable all parties to get what they want.
