Stan and Christine Penton moved to beautiful Colorado to escape the California rat race and realize their dream of a family-run stable. Imagine Stan's surprise when he found out that to rebuild the run-down stalls they already had in an operating stable they had to go through a rezoning, subdivision, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in government-required improvements. After retaining Modus Management, Normandy Farms and Stables got the approvals they needed, in conjunction with waivers of approximately $250,000.00 in improvement requirements. While we can't guarantee such large waivers in all cases, Modus Management works closely with government staff and review boards to find where we can save you time and money. Stan and Christine are now looking forward to the completion of their new one-acre stable and indoor riding arena in the fall of 1999.
